Qualitymanagement

All the professionals at the Centre Médical Eaux-Vives are committed to guaranteeing the quality and safety of your care on a daily basis.

The Centre Médical Eaux-Vives is committed to continuous improvement in the quality and safety of care, placing the patient at the centre of its concerns. Over the years, it has developed a genuine quality culture within the establishment.

Our policy of continuous improvement in the quality and safety of care is defined by a number of objectives designed to offer high-quality, personalised care to all our patients:

  • To develop the range of care we offer, in line with our role as part of a private group
  • Ensuring that patients are informed about their state of health and that their rights are respected
  • Ensuring the quality of pain, nutrition and care management
  • Pursue the quality and risk management dynamic
  • Develop a safety culture
  • Maintain the existing evaluation process and involve teams by communicating results and changes in them
  • Implementing this policy of continuous improvement in the quality and safety of care is a commitment by all.

Throughout the year, we measure various indicators such as patient satisfaction.

A watchdog has also been set up to monitor the most stringent requirements:

  • Materials vigilance
  • Pharmacovigilance (swissmedic)
  • Environmental hygiene (in accordance with current HPCi standards in French-speaking Switzerland)
  • The centre also has a «Quality and Risk Management» committee, which coordinates the implementation of the quality and risk management programme with your safety in mind.
